I believe in the basic goodness of all humans, no exceptions. I am honored to sit with couples as they build their trust, & strengthen their love, commitment & true understanding of how ‘to be with each other’. Intimacy requires vulnerability; risky but doable with courage & curiosity while feeling safe. I get to see soft, smiling eyes increasingly shared & I love when a couple says their children are noticing. My work is inspired by my connection with my husband Steven, by neuroscience, mindfulness, spirituality& body centered work. The body doesn't lie, we must learn its language. The mind, to protect us, will hide certain truths.
