Do you often feel like the odd one out, misunderstood, unheard, or simply different from others? If so, you're not alone, and you're exactly the kind of person I love working with. My practice is grounded in supporting individuals who are exploring identity, healing from trauma, and embracing the complexity of being human, especially when that humanity doesn't fit into a neat, conventional box. I have focused on working with members of the LGBTQIA+ community, people in ethically non-monogamous or kink relationships, and those aligned with alternative spiritual or faith practices. I understand that for many, the experience of being “different” can come with deep pain, but also with incredible strength and insight. Therapy with me is rooted in radical respect, unconditional positive regard, and a non-judgmental presence. I hold space for the exploration of trauma, sexuality, gender, relationships, and personal transformation.
