Not accepting couples at this time. I work with adults seeking support for anxiety, depression, relationship issues, life transitions, and stress-related problems. I also work with teens, ages 13+ who are struggling with school, relationships, and the pressure to succeed in their transition into adulthood. I provide a supportive yet challenging space that supports working through obstacles and developing more effective coping skills along the way. I value a collaborative working relationship using evidence based practices to guide sessions and work to facilitate openness through remaining curious, engaged, and empathic.
