Life can be challenging and difficult. I am deeply passionate about helping others through those challenges. I have many years of counseling experience and have worked with many demographics of people including: couples, singles, parents, children, and adolescents. I am intensely strength based and believe in identifying the strengths of individuals to help them find solutions to their problems. I have experience working in many different areas of counseling others, but the three areas I am most passionate about are: Trauma, Relationships, and Anxiety.
