The foundation of my practice stems from the belief that every person has an inner capacity for well-being. I believe that when a safe environment is created, people can access their own inner resources and discover their own solutions. I strive to create a warm, supportive environment which allows children and adults to heal and begin the journey of reconnecting to themselves. I see my role in counseling being an empathic, deep listener as you explore and identify your unique values and goals.
