I enjoy helping individuals and couples overcome whatever is preventing them from experiencing greater health, emotional well-being and fulfillment in their lives. For over 28 years, as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, I have counseled clients dealing with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship and self-esteem issues, life transitions, loss, career change, as well as creative blocks. I also work with clients who are dealing with a loved one's alcoholism. In addition to my clinical expertise, I bring warmth, compassion and humor to each session, along with a deep respect for clients' strengths and experiences.
