Life can feel overwhelming when old patterns, past experiences, or relationship dynamics keep showing up in ways you don’t fully understand—or can’t seem to change. Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, capable people who feel stuck, anxious, disconnected, or unsure why certain situations feel hard. I help adults and couples uncover the patterns shaped by early experiences, relational wounds, and stress, and learn how to move through life with more steadiness, clarity, and self-trust. We focus on calming the nervous system, understanding what’s getting in the way, and building tools you can actually use in everyday life.
