We all seek balance and wellness in our lives, and whether we are challenged with difficult times or want to enhance our strengths and resilience, the support and guidance of a therapist can be empowering. With a collaborative approach in over 30 years of practice, I have met with clients of all ages in my office, traveled the Appalachian Trail and the Suwannee River with teenagers, worked in drug court and residential programs and facilitated groups with families, children and adults. Currently I am offering counseling for adults, adolescents, couples and families in a private office setting or via telehealth.
