I offer therapy for adults 18 years old and over in safe, non-judgmental and empathic relationship. I can help you heal from childhood or more recent trauma, and help reduce trauma's disturbing, intrusive, relational and long lasting effects. I can also work with you to help manage anxiety, depression, stress, attachment and relationship issues, abandonment fears, or grief and loss. My approach is holistic and mind / body oriented. I combine traditional talk therapy with mindfulness and embodiment based practices. I consider it a privilege to be entrusted with working with people in this vital, vulnerable and healing way.
