Maybe things have "always been this way," but that doesn't mean they have to stay this way. I believe you already have the resources within you to change and grow, live authentically, and find your voice. My role is to hold up a mirror, to support you in finding clarity. I work with teens, adults, and couples navigating anxiety, relationship strain, and big life transitions. Many of my clients are parents struggling to support youth and young adults who feel anxious or hesitant to step into independence.
