Whether you are here to tackle recent life challenges, wanting to address mental health care, heal from trauma stress, or just feeling “stuck”, you have chosen to show up for yourself today. I am holding space for you. I provide a nonjudgmental, therapeutic space for curious exploration of yourself. I offer therapeutic guidance as you discover and implement your desires, your goals, your healing. I work with clients to address any number of concerns, anxiety, depression, substance use and addiction, and trauma history. I focus my practice on an integrative approach to care, tailoring sessions to each client’s concerns and goals. I offer EMDR, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Somatic Therapy.
