Finding a therapist can be a difficult process, often leading people to give up when they do not find that “right fit”. My approach to therapy is not a one-size-fits-all approach. I prefer to meet a client where they are and customize the therapy to their unique needs and goals. I utilize a variety of evidence-based, therapeutic treatment modalities, such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and EMDR while customizing my approach to each individual. In addition to demonstrating warmth and compassion with each client, I like to utilize a sense of humor when appropriate.
