I am so glad you are here & I would be honored to walk alongside you as you learn new pieces of your story and move towards healing. My motivation as a therapist comes from my desire to meet others where they are with the hope of discovering areas of your heart that need tending to. I would love to celebrate your accomplishments, encourage you to be courageous, and sit with you during the darkest moments when struggles come. I am trained in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and believe highly in this technique to decrease the distress that can arise with struggle areas.
