I've been a therapist for over 20 years and I love supporting people in navigating life's twists, turns, ups and downs. We are continually presented with challenges that force us to grow into the people who overcome them. As a marriage and family therapist, I have a great deal of experience working with couples, parents, and those transitioning through divorce. At the end of the day, I think most people are looking for more peace, connection, pleasure, meaning, passion and purpose. I am trained in multiple trauma protocols that help to reduce symptoms of anxiety in as little as one session. I also specialize in holistic mental health.
