As we work together, my goal is to offer you authenticity, empathy, expertise (and a little humor). With over 16 years of experience as a licensed social worker in a variety of settings, I am equipped to assist individuals who are struggling with anxiety, OCD, perinatal and parenting concerns, school and work issues, and the challenges of everyday life. Having worked over a decade in public schools, I support educators and healthcare providers who are managing burnout, stress, and compassion fatigue, as well as parents navigating the joys and challenges of raising children with exceptionalities and unique needs. View 5 Photos I am trained in a variety of therapeutic techniques but primarily use cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), acceptance and commitment therapy (ACT), eye movement desensitization and reprocessing (EMDR), and exposure response prevention (ERP). Beyond this formal education, I have quite a bit of life experience that I draw upon in my work as a therapist.
