We all experience life events and/or transitions that can leave us feeling out of balance. Perhaps, these circumstances continue to have lasting effects and are negatively impacting your daily life. You may be noticing more intense anxiety, feeling less motivated than before or being more easily irritable, for example. Thinking about starting counseling shows a great deal of self awareness and courage. It is my role to provide a safe space for you to identify and explore both your goals and strengths. You will experience no judgment during our time together.
