I’m an expert in helping people deal with problematic alcohol or drug use, as well as those struggling with sex and love addiction. My work focuses on decreasing the impact of trauma, addressing attachment issues, and facilitating the development of the skills and supports people need to move forward in their lives. I have worked with many different populations, including people in recovery, first responders, veterans, the kink community, and my LGBTQ+ family.
