I am a Licensed Professional Counselor whose background includes over twenty years of experience working in the educational setting as a certified School Counselor. My experiences have afforded me the opportunity to help numerous children, as well as support families and adults along the way, effectively addressing a variety of social, emotional, behavioral issues, and includes a trauma-informed lens. I have helped people to cope with anxiety, depression, social deficits, low self-esteem, perfectionism, self-regulation, conflict-resolution, family changes, grief and loss, stress, school performance, and parenting strategies.
