Hi, my name is Leslie. 15 years ago my husband was killed in a car accident while I was pregnant with our child. I was broken and did not know if I would ever feel happiness again. With the help of therapy I learned the tools I needed to heal, feel happiness again and even thrive. Today I want to help teach you these tools. Trauma and grief can be overwhelming and debilitating.
