I’m a trauma-focused counselor and Clinical Hypnotherapist trained in EMDR, specializing in helping clients move forward in peace and with confidence by reprocessing painful memories, PTSD, and negative self-beliefs. I work with adults, teens, families, and couples, offering support for life’s challenges to clients of all ages across Idaho. Through hypnotherapy, I provide effective strategies for stress reduction, smoking cessation, weight management, and much more. At Pride Mental Health, I’m part of a dedicated team committed to providing supportive, effective care through both in-person and telehealth sessions.
