Clients often come into treatment because what used to work just isn't effective anymore and they don't know what else to do or try. I believe that we can all change, and most of us want to change something in our life. I know my clients are the experts about their lives, their goals, and what works for them. I also believe that DBT and EMDR can help make lasting positive change in my client's lives. These modalities offer unique skills and tools to relieve distress and get clients unstuck. I strive to create safe and accepting space for clients to explore, experiment, practice, and ultimately achieve their therapeutic goals.
