I hold a bachelor’s in Psychology with a minor in Criminology and a master’s in Clinical and Counseling Psychology. I’m passionate about guiding clients through self-discovery, supporting growth, and witnessing the progress that comes from insight, reflection, and personal exploration. I help clients feel seen, validated, and understood while gaining insight into themselves. I focus on building a strong, healthy therapeutic relationship, as I believe connection and trust are key to meaningful growth and successful outcomes in therapy.
