Hi! I am a psychologist who works with adolescents and adults with depression, anxiety, and relationship difficulties. I utilize interventions from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Dialectical Behavior Therapy, and Psychodynamic Therapy, and endeavor to meet people where they are to address their individual needs. I have extensive experience working at all acuity levels in Massachusetts's adolescent mental health care system. In addition to my private practice, my experience with adults includes working in intensive outpatient clinics. I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions in MA and telehealth sessions in VA. For 8 years prior to private practice, I provided individual, group, and family therapy at acute care programs at McLean Hospital, held a Harvard Medical School faculty appointment, and supervised doctoral trainees. The expertise I gained during this time has helped me support a diverse range of individuals with a variety of needs in my private practice.
