I have over 30 years of experience providing cognitive-behavioral individual therapy to adolescents and adults. I specialize in the treatment of anxiety and mood disorders, and obsessive-compulsive disorder. I also treat sleep disorders and insomnia, body-focused repetitive behaviors (skin-picking, trichotillomania, nail-biting), and teach anger and stress management. Additionally, I work with individuals and families coping with Type 1 diabetes, providing education, and supporting the emotional and health-related challenges of coping with this illness.
