Hello, my name is Leslie. I have worked in the mental health field for ten years, serving a diverse array of clients with a variety of different mental health diagnoses. I offer a nonjudgmental healing space full of support, compassion and empathy, meeting the client where they are. My counseling style is warm but direct, interactive and collaborative- listening, validating, challenging and problem solving. Clients often present with the question “what is wrong with me?” Often a more helpful question is “what happened to you?" We can work together to set you free, allowing you to regain a sense of control and empowerment in life.
