Helping individuals overcome their struggles with depression, anxiety, trauma, and other stresses that can affect most of us at some point during our lives is my mission. I believe healing to be a collaboration using honest understanding, caring, and knowledge of oneself. I work together with my clients in identifying and developing individualized goals for treatment. I draw from a variety of methods to create a personalized approach for every individual and situation. As a therapist, I am open, honest, encouraging, and direct. I combine my overall experience, education and creativity to establish a realistic approach to therapy.
