Areas of focus: trauma (sexual, physical, mental/emotional, and religious), borderline personality disorder/traits, depression, self-esteem, anxiety, self-harming, building & setting boundaries in relationships, identity exploration, and adjustment to life changes. We could work on improving use of health coping strategies, interpersonal/intrapersonal functioning, and improve your quality of life. I am LGBTQ+ affirming. I strive to be educated on racial injustice and systemic issues to best assist my clients in navigating their life experiences with the goal of being anti-racist.
