I am skilled in working with people of all ages using a client centered approach built around the principles of Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Mindfulness, Trauma Focused, and Play Therapy. I strive to provide hope to my clients that life can be better and more joy-filled while they are experiencing difficult life transitions, relationship issues, depression, anxiety, loss, parenting challenges, and issues of self worth.
