I help adults who want breakthroughs in their individual lives or in their complicated family. Adulting requires problem-solving skills, including mastering emotions that may threaten to overwhelm us. I help individuals and couples who are ready to tolerate the anxiety of making changes in their own perspectives and behavior. Others may struggle with unwelcome changes (break-ups, losing a job, stepfamily issues) and need strategies to move forward with purpose and peace. I can help you, too. Although I highly value the intimacy of in-office sessions, I also offer Zoom sessions.
