I believe healing happens through connection, safety, & the courage to explore your inner world. My practice is grounded in a relational, eclectic & radical approach. With this, & my training in EMDR, I specialize in supporting women who’ve experienced trauma, including childhood trauma, relational wounds, & the aftereffects of overwhelming life events. I approach my work with a deep awareness of how intersectional identities shape the way trauma is experienced, held in the body, & processed over time. Trauma doesn’t happen in a vacuum, but rather, unfolds within systems & relationships that impact how we adapt to learn to survive.
