I specialize in working with young and experienced professionals, college students, adolescents, and couples in addressing anxiety, depression, burnout, relationship concerns, and other mental health issues. I can provide the support you need to overcome challenging obstacles, improve your mental health and wellness, raise your self-esteem, navigate difficult relationships, and face the day with confidence. My office is in Dayspring Center for Christian Counseling and we can meet there or online. You matter to me. During the counseling process, you will be heard and you will be equipped with effective skills to balance your life and emotions. I believe in equipping my clients with skills to handle future challenges. Some of the techniques I use are CBT, DBT, Motivational Interviewing, Family Systems, Somatic, Trauma Focused CBT, and art therapy.
