Asking for help can be very difficult, and it takes a lot of strength and courage to reach out to another. I believe therapy is not just for those experiencing a life crisis or current difficulty - therapy is an opportunity to gain new insight into self, learn new skills, and position oneself to increase health and wellness. I am a Licenced Clinical Social Worker who approaches therapy from a relational, collaborative, and strength-based. I believe everyone deserves a safe space to speak freely.
