My journey toward becoming a counselor has been shaped by experiencing many trials in my own life. These challenges gave me a deeper understanding of struggle, resilience, and the importance of having someone to walk alongside you in difficult times. Because of this, I feel called to create a supportive and compassionate space where others can feel understood, find hope, and discover their own strength as they navigate life’s challenges. Applying Mindfulness-Based Cognitive Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Action & Commitment Therapy, Therapeutic Art, and Adventure Therapy.
