Welcome. I have been working with adults and teens for more than 20 years in both inpatient and outpatient settings. I will work with you as an individual, couple or family to elicit and explore the thoughts, feelings and actions that cause dissatisfaction. Together we will increase self awareness and develop tools to better manage and navigate stressors and effect change. Currently accepting new clients.
