My ideal clients are open to change, committed to the hard work of treatment, & embrace new ideas about themselves. My clients prioritize therapy & must be one of the most important endeavors in their lives during it. My clients are willing to explore self-compassion & radical self-acceptance. Many of my clients struggle with depression, anxiety, trauma, relationship difficulties, complex family systems, plus more of such common & very human issues. I see children, adolescents, teenagers, young adults, & adults from a wide range of backgrounds. Treatment is specific to your needs. Come visit my new office in Newington! As an LMFT, I’m able to offer treatment & a safe space for individuals, families, and couples. I offer a wide range of interventions, psychoeducation, and recommendations. I graduated from the University of Saint Joseph in 2004 with my MA. I’m a Certified Yoga Instructor (West Hartford Yoga Class of 2009) & encourage mindfulness & body awareness.
