My style is down to Earth and intuitive. I prefer directness, real talk and a little humor over clinical jargon and stuffiness. I have 20+ years of post grad experience and my insights speak for themselves. I am in the performing arts and my counseling sessions are held in my teaching studio amongst the music equipment and my dog. It is a non-traditional setting that fits my vibe. The majority of my clients are navigating life transitions, relationship issues, identity questions, race-based trauma, boundary-setting, grief or depression/anxiety.
