Whether you're a trauma survivor working to feel safe in your body again, a new mom navigating postpartum changes, part of a couple rebuilding after infidelity, or exploring your identity as an LGBTQ+ individual—you don’t have to face it alone. We can walk this journey together. I offer a safe, supportive space where you can explore the emotions, memories, and patterns holding you back. As a CCTP using somatic approaches, I specialize in working with trauma, anxiety, addiction, eating disorders, harm reduction, identity exploration, and relationship challenges. My practice is deeply affirming, nonjudgmental, and trauma-informed.
