I believe the therapeutic relationship is central to healing and that many of our struggles come from wounded relationships and difficulty with connection. I work to build a relationship of deep empathy and connection with my clients in addition to providing mindfulness tools for working with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, body image, self-esteem, relationship struggles, career transitions, grief, and interpersonal conflict.
