I believe a safe, trusting therapeutic relationship is central to healing and that many of our struggles come from wounded relationships and difficulty with connection. I work to build a relationship of deep empathy and connection with my clients in addition to aiding clients in building mindfulness skills for working with issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, disordered eating, identity and meaning, body image, self esteem, relationship struggles, career transitions, grief, and interpersonal struggles.
