Hi! I'm a Licensed Professional Counsellor (LPC) based in Georgia. I received my master’s in clinical psychology from the Georgia School of Professional Psychology and have been practicing for 11 years. I help adults struggling with life changes, trauma, self-esteem challenges, purpose identification, and burnout. My clients and I partner to help them become the best versions of themselves. In our first session together, we'll begin with introductions and then dive into the specific challenges you're facing. We will discuss therapy goals, expectations, confidentiality, and safety. This will help me create a tailored plan for us to work through in follow-up sessions.
