As a licensed therapist, my goal is to provide individual psychotherapy to clients struggling with emotional and behavioral challenges in their lives such as anxiety, depression, stress and relationship conflicts. I believe in working from a person centered and cognitive behavioral approach. I meet you, the client, where you are right now in your life from a non-judgmental perspective. During sessions, individuals identify negative thoughts and learn to implement healthier coping skills to replace these thoughts which influences your behavior.
