Do you feel stuck, empty, or unfulfilled? I work with people who experience ongoing depression and anxiety, grief and loss, guilt and shame, difficulty getting close to others, difficulty with assertiveness, harsh self-criticism, relational conflict, and trauma. Using an insight-oriented and relational (psychodynamic) approach, I help clients uncover the roots of their current behaviors, patterns, and challenges. I believe that the better you know yourself, the better you will function — the more freedom you will have to live an intentional life and make decisions based on your true needs and desires.
