Hi there, and welcome! I'm really proud of you for taking the big first step in seeking help. You are not alone in your struggle. I am a therapist having a multicultural background; I grew up in Shanghai and have spent considerable time in Japan. I moved to the U.S. after high school and completed my undergraduate degree in California and my graduate training at the University of Pennsylvania. I possess firsthand experience as an immigrant and an astute cultural awareness that helps me to serve clients from many diverse backgrounds dealing with different life transitions.
