Welcome! My work is rooted in the belief that social context is central to our experience. Therapy can be a powerful act of love and and a practice in hope, and this directs the way I approach sessions. I am particularly passionate about working with people whose bodies and experiences have been marginalized, and those who are seeking someone to help hold what feels like too much amid broken systems. I have experience working with trauma, fat liberation, LGBTQ+ and identity journeys, grief, substance use and harm reduction, and chronic pain. I am here to support your journey with kindness, presence, and warmth.
