I am a licensed clinical social worker and therapist with a strong commitment to helping young adults, students, and those starting their careers navigate a changing and often overwhelming world. My work focuses on helping you develop a better understanding of how your brain works and how you can work with your brain. My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that you are the expert of your own experience. I incorporate psychodynamic and narrative-based practices with strengths-based, mindfulness strategies.
