I'm a firm believer that therapy is for everyone - no matter how scary and strange the process may be. In this safe environment, you will feel welcomed just as you are. Working through a trauma-informed lens, I have extensive training in working with fellow members of the LGBTQIA+ community while utilizing clinical and evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including EMDR, and a secular approach. I also offer relationship/couples therapy, including polycules. Additionally, I provide gender-affirming care and emotional support animal (ESA) letters, and ADHD assessments.
