We spend so much of our lives hiding - hiding who we are, our feelings, our worries and fears. And it is exhausting. That is why it is so important to me to create a safe, welcoming therapy environment where my clients can relax and be authentically themselves while they heal. I take pride in creating a welcoming and affirming environment, especially for individuals who are LGBTQIA+ and/or neurodivergent. I enjoy working with a variety of ages, including children (5+), teens, young adults, and adults.
