I work with both individuals and couples to heal, repair, and build a healthy relationship with yourself, your loved ones and the world around you. I also own and run Anam Cara Bozeman so I supervise new interns and run a small group practice. So, there are many reasons you might have arrived here. You may have endured a loss, you can’t stop feeling stuck in your life or you’re seeking change and mentorship. It’s all welcome here. You’re welcome here. With almost twenty years of experience we will work together to help you heal, communicate and make the changes you want in your life. I specialize in perinatal mental health, couples counseling, mindfulness and women's health. I see new moms, women who have struggled to get pregnant, had a traumatic birth or lost a baby to miscarriage. I also see couples who are new to parenthood, looking to reconnect, repair and/or deepen their relationship.
