I have one intention as your therapist: to be a caring, non-judgmental human with you. As a systemic therapist, I see how important relationships are in the healing process, whether the relationship is with yourself or others. I integrate compassion, playfulness, and sincerity to help you reach your full potential. I primarily use an IFS-informed and Emotionally Focused Therapy approach when working with teenagers, adults, and couples, drawing on these perspectives to address individual and relational dynamics. I occasionally incorporate Narrative Therapy to help you harness the power of telling your own story.
