I work with couples and adult individuals who want to better connect with themselves and others through emotional engagement. During therapy, I help my clients increase awareness of their emotional experience, identify their innate desires related to connecting with others, and develop safe and secure relationships. It is important for me that you feel safe in therapy and also that you experience growth. It can be scary to discover vulnerabilities in ourselves and terrifying to share them with others–especially those closest to us. I will sit with you in this discomfort as we navigate towards healing and connection together.
